If you feel like you're spinning your wheels at the gym without getting the results you want, sign up for my one month of online coaching to guide you in the right direction. 

What you get when you sign up for one month of coaching:

1. Initial video movement assessment to determine your starting point, and allow me to better tailor the exercise program to your unique needs, goals, and availability.

2. Individualized nutritional guidance based on your food preferences, lifestyle, and goals.  We will focus on behavior modification and eating habits  according to where you are, and what you're willing, ready, and able to do.
This will be a collaborative endeavor. You are in the driver seat, and I'm in the passenger seat, helping you navigate and guide in the right direction.

3.comprehensive weekly check-ins– communication and constant feedback are paramount to success. Weekly check-ins will help me assist you better and keep you on track with your progress.

4.Weekly email supportunlimited questions and 3 videos per week for form assessment.

5.Exercise Demos – I will  provide you with recorded demos and written descriptions of all the exercises that are in your  program

Option two/ ' just write me a workout program':

Individualized programming. 

Price: $500 USD 


Option three/ 75 minute one time training/ nutrition consulting:

The goal of the consult is to discuss any of your questions regarding your specific fitness goals and/ or exercise form check, etc. 
After your consultation, you will receive a detailed description of everything we've discussed and your plan of action.

Price: $250 USD
