2.comprehensive weekly check-ins– communication and constant feedback are paramount to success. Weekly check-ins will help me assist you better and keep you on track with your progress.

3.Weekly email supportunlimited questions and 3 videos per week for form assessment.

4.Exercise Demos – I will  provide you with recorded demos of all the exercises that are in your  program in addition to written descriptions of the exercises.

Option two ' just write me a workout program':

Individualized programming. 

Same as option one with one week of check-ins.

Price: $300 USD 


Option three:

75 minute one time training/ nutrition consulting.

After your consultation, you will receive a detailed description of everything we've discussed and your plan of action.

Price: $220 USD


Option four:

Nutrition, habit-based, individualized online coaching for 12 week.

Price: $1400 USD
