When you decide to work with me online, we will schedule a phone call, Skype session, or Google Hangout to discuss your plan based on a comprehensive assessment questionnaire. Using the information you provide me with, as well as your your specific goals and individual needs, I will design a customized exercise program and dietary guidelines specifically for you in a way that does not require us to be in the same gym, the same state, or even the same country!

Live Workouts – I will either guide you through an exercise program over a video chat or provide you with critique and feedback.

Exercise Demos – I will  provide you with recorded demos of all the exercises that are a part of your  program.
